Our mission
Sumit Agarwal opened dns accountants, a Chartered Management accountants, in 2005. It's now a highly successful, well-respected multiaward - winning group practice overseeing around 11,000 clients.
Sumit recognised how important it was for clients to receive a consistent and polished service from their accountant. dns developed a unique method of delivering accountancy and tax services to businesses and contractors. His foresight culminated in an online revolution driven by the development of his own cloud software.
He identified a gap in the market for a better than average accountancy firm that delivers the full package. The sector is facing a challenging time with technology leading the way and tax and accounting going digital. dns grasped this opportunity and continues to grow in strength year after year.

Our history
2005
dns started as a traditional accountancy practice in 2005. Our founder, Sumit Agarwal, had a vision and he and his team produced a unique, efficient, and cost-effective method of delivering accountancy and tax services to businesses and contractors. Over the next few years, they saw rapid growth which led to the development of their own online accounting software. That mixed with acquisition led the company to exceeded expectations, win awards, and continue to deliver excellent results.
2013
By 2013, dns had reached several major milestones: they opened two satellite branches, launched the dns accountants franchise programme to expand nationally, and were nominated for several more industry awards, including the British Accountancy Awards’ Best Online Accounting Firm award, which they went on to win!
2019
By 2019 dns had acquired another two practices and dns accountants now had 10 locations nationally.
2024
dns now has over 11k clients nationally, has opened offices in India and Dubai, acquired many more businesses and continues to strive towards the next phase. We have 14 franchises and plan to double that over the next few years. 2024 is set to achieve extraordinary growth and change.
